Program Overview


To support the Company’s long term development and succession planning, ASL has launched the Graduate Trainee Program since 2017. During the two-year program, graduates will be groomed into being part of an all-rounded and competent in-house talent pool to assume senior positions within the Company in the long run.

Young talents have always been the golden key of success in the commercial world. They bring about a brighter future to any company if they are well trained and provided with opportunities. In this rapidly-changing IT World, new blood with high potential are critical to keeping the organization agile and in tune with the latest market trends. To ensure the continuity of excellent staff at ASL, the management is committed to investing in the Program to provide a platform that aids fresh or recent graduates:

Through this 24-month intensive and comprehensive program, we will provide trainees with various opportunities to attain the most updated IT skills and professional expertise, that are vital in befitting an IT expert. By arranging structured in-house or on-job training, trainees have opportunities to acquire the following knowledge and skills but not limited to those listed below:

  • Business knowledge
  • Communication, presentation and other soft skills
