Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)
Our Graduate Development Program (GTP) is meticulously crafted career development initiatives designed to empower university graduates and early-career talents. By equipping young talents with a well-rounded skill set, we empower them to pursue their career aspirations while driving significant impact within our organization as a top-tier technology company.
Through the 2-years GTP, young talents develop comprehensive technical expertise and hone their leadership capabilities through project rotations within Solutions Division, Integrated Managed Services Division, Security & Network Division or Sales Divisions.
Technical Trainee Program (TTP)
Our Technical Trainee Program (TTP) offers a unique opportunity for young talents to gain valuable exposure to cutting-edge projects and to nurture the next generation of technology expertise.
We provided a 2-year fast track technical career development program for young technology talents. The program aims to cultivate young talents with all-round technical training under the guidance of experienced supervisors. Promising career path and rewarding remuneration will be offered to trainees upon completion of the program.
