Job Details – System Engineer

  • Provide system support during Infrastructure / Application Change period
  • Assist IT Team to follow the predefined procedure and working with the related Infrastructure / Application Teams to perform the Change support.
  • Perform Change Request with referred to the schedule.
  • Adhere to strict security guidelines and policy in all cases.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external vendors.
  • Maintain smooth operation, including coordination with network, application, regional team and the system engineers.
  • Ensure the Change tasks are adequate and compliant with the bank’s standard.
  • Higher Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines
  • More than 2 years IT helpdesk / deskside support experience with at least 1 year in team lead role
  • Professional certificate(s) holder is preferable such as ITIL / MCITP / MCSE / CCNA / CCNP
  • Solid hands-on experience in Infra Change and Support.
  • Familiar on Windows, AIX and Linux Platform.
  • Good knowledge of SCCM, HPSA and Network.
  • Proficient in automated operation & maintenance and monitoring tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Windows 10 and Remote Desktop.
  • Mature, positive thinking and active person are desired
  • Good communication skill in both English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferred
