Job Details – Microsoft Support Specialist (CLK)

  • Provide day-to-day level-2 support for Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions (Azure and o365).
  • Undertake projects involving Microsoft technologies and o365 migration.
  • Provide solution architecture and generate technical design document for assigned projects
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Group Policy, Certificate Authority, Intune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, Teams and Sharepoint Online.
  • Experience with o365 migration is a plus
  • Basic knowledge in networking and security fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge in application level on multiple platforms
  • Mature and able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Pro-active, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese), and interpersonal communication skill
  • ITIL certified or familiar with ITIL processes
  • Microsoft / Azure Certification is highly preferable
