Job Details – Microsoft Support Specialist (CLK)
- Provide day-to-day level-2 support for Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions (Azure and o365).
- Undertake projects involving Microsoft technologies and o365 migration.
- Provide solution architecture and generate technical design document for assigned projects
- Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Group Policy, Certificate Authority, Intune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, Teams and Sharepoint Online.
- Experience with o365 migration is a plus
- Basic knowledge in networking and security fundamentals
- Basic knowledge in application level on multiple platforms
- Mature and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Pro-active, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese), and interpersonal communication skill
- ITIL certified or familiar with ITIL processes
- Microsoft / Azure Certification is highly preferable
