Job Details – Deskside Support Engineer (HK Island/ TST/ Kwai Hing/ Kwun Tong)
- Provide daily IT and desktop support to VIP users, SCCM/ Patch management, end-user support
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat and Multimedia solutions, MacAfee
- Provide first line IT support service and ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service targets
- Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent
- 2 year of experience in IT Helpdesk support
- Willing and capable to learn new technology
- Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
- Proactive attitude on problem-solving
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
