Job Details – Deskside Support Engineer (HK Island/ TST/ Kwai Hing/ Kwun Tong)

  • Provide daily IT and desktop support to VIP users, SCCM/ Patch management, end-user support
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat and Multimedia solutions, MacAfee
  • Provide first line IT support service and ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service targets
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent
  • 2 year of experience in IT Helpdesk support
  • Willing and capable to learn new technology
  • Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
  • Proactive attitude on problem-solving
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
