Job Details – Assistant Technical Service Supervisor
- Trouble-shooting incidents related to Domino email servers;
- Trouble-shooting incidents related to HCL Notes clients;
- Problem determination, management and problem fixing;
- Ad-hoc/scheduled change request and system maintenance;
- Email system monitoring and optimization;
- Email system administration and control;
- Email system & database backup;
- Disk space management of Domino email servers;
- Security control support on email system, including evaluating, analyzing, testing and applying security patches;
- Manage the email support team to handle Notes incidents & Notes request fulfilment
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or other subjects from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of post-qualification proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty
- Hand-on experiences in VMware vSphere 6.5 or above
- Hand-on experiences in VMware ESXi 6.5 or above
- Hand-on experiences in Windows server 2016 or above
- 1–2-year hand-on experiences of HCL Notes Domino server support in Notes Domino 9 platform is better or at least 2-year hand-on experiences on Exchange Server & Outlook client support
- IBM Certified System Administrator Lotus Notes and Domino 9 or equivalent is better
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) is better
