Job Details – Assistant Technical Service Supervisor

  • Trouble-shooting incidents related to Domino email servers;
  • Trouble-shooting incidents related to HCL Notes clients;
  • Problem determination, management and problem fixing;
  • Ad-hoc/scheduled change request and system maintenance;
  • Email system monitoring and optimization;
  • Email system administration and control;
  • Email system & database backup;
  • Disk space management of Domino email servers;
  • Security control support on email system, including evaluating, analyzing, testing and applying security patches;
  • Manage the email support team to handle Notes incidents & Notes request fulfilment
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or other subjects from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty
  • Hand-on experiences in VMware vSphere 6.5 or above
  • Hand-on experiences in VMware ESXi 6.5 or above
  • Hand-on experiences in Windows server 2016 or above
  • 1–2-year hand-on experiences of HCL Notes Domino server support in Notes Domino 9 platform is better or at least 2-year hand-on experiences on Exchange Server & Outlook client support
  • IBM Certified System Administrator Lotus Notes and Domino 9 or equivalent is better
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) is better
